It was too early to cry victory. The Dark Powers feasted on a lot of souls that should have dissolved with the land. Some finally found respite but not as much as we hoped. We can console ourselves, knowing the sarcophagus are destroyed.

Hmm? What’s this? What are Barovians doing so far away from… well, from where Barovia used to be? What good it did them. They got trapped under the ice. More souls for the… Hold on. Survivors? Four souls survived the Mists and likely the Rift? By whose hand?
