Salyk had done a bit of pickpocketing at the Hall of Records, Agrat was leaving Iannis` Advocacy Center, Ink10 was investigating the LULC building in the Sandstone District, and Kindred was going to the Sullen Moon with his newfound friend Nicola.
Aiming to optimize their morning in the Clerks Ward, the group splits into three. Ink10 and Kindred go incognito in the Sandstone District to have a look at the Level Up Condominium Project, Agrat goes to Iannis’ Advocacy Center to dig up dirt on their enemy, and Salyk has a bad case of sticky fingers and goes rogue.
The House of the Griffin gets sidetracked by a strange building that houses the School of Vivid Unpleasantness. Despite not hiding at all what it is, the group painfully experiences the various performances set up inside by its mad creator.
The House of the Griffin set up Ink10’s art installation in the garden of the Hall of Speakers. As they finish their task, they realize they have a good amount of time to walk about the Clerks Ward. They decide to go to the Hall of Information first to get some intel about Level Up Corporation.
After a long night in the Ditch, the party still need to show up to work. Well, everyone except Kindred who is self-employed. Salyk and Agrat must ask for a day off to help with Ink10’s performance and use the opportunity to check out the Clerk’s Ward. It seems like another long day awaits our group of tenants.
The Copper Badgers make their appearance in the Ditch as the House of the Griffin lies in wait. Dr Pavel was very clear in his instructions: do not alert the Harmonium, the Bleak Cabal cannot be implicated and if you get all the packages there will be a big reward. It’s their first real challenge as a team, how well can they pull this off and just how dirty can it get when you are fighting in sewage?
The House of the Griffin make their way under the Zaddfum trestle and explore the shantytown built in the shallow part of the Ditch. There they meet a motley crew of children, dubious adults and signs of clandestine of activity. Will their preparations be enough to catch the Copper Badgers unawares?
Agrat talks with a Level Up Luxury Condominium Corporation (LULCC) representative about purchasing a condo at a discount. Ink10 finds a way to help Dr Mateen at the Harmonium bastion concerning the day pass. Kindred and Salyk bond over vermin disposal.
